NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN!
You have heard me more than once speak about how important it is to spread a positive message and to read inspiring, rather than anxiety-inducing writing.
Time to put my money where my heart is, well, more like, my writing where my heart is. So here it is.
CAMPAIGN LAUNCHING IN AUGUST
On this blog as well as on my Instagram account, August will be a month of celebrating love and positivity.
It all starts with Instagram. A social media medium that we are all still coming to terms with. Started as a more efficient way to communicate through pictures and to show off creative processes, Instagram has both the potential to be misused, as well as to be really positive. I am going to focus on the latter.
I believe Instagram can be a great platform to share and promote positive messages.
Therefore, for one whole month I will REGRAM (that is, copy one picture on my Instagram account) one account per day which I believe makes a difference.
The style of the accounts and what they set out to do will vary: some will be featured for their utter hilarity and positive disposition, some for the incredible work they do in changing attitudes, some for the general feeling of wellness and comfort that they instantly inspire.
NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN NOW!
You decide who I feature!
There are so many positive accounts out there, that it is hard to choose the best 31! Luckily, August is a big month, so we get 31 days, and thus 31 accounts.
If you follow such an account, which drips a little droplet of wellness into your Instagram feed each day, then please do nominate them, by writing in the comments underneath, or by contacting me directly. I will make sure to check them out!
And do use this hashtag on Instagram and tag me on, so that I know you have nominated them!
Let us try to make a difference each day!

NOMINATIONS CLOSE ON THE 29th of July at 9pm. So you basically have a month and a half to contribute to the good!
Alongside this Instagram campaign, the blog continues to roll out weekly posts. The difference is that in August, only sunshine is allowed!
